Roommates must register within 7 days or your registration will be upgraded to reflect the correct number of roommates.

Private Rooms
Private and semi-private rooms will be assigned only after all group members have registered.
Requests are taken by email only and you must include the names of the attendees you wish to have in the room
Please complete the initial registration. We will then automatically process your balance according to the payment schedule listed with each event. You no longer need to log on to pay your balance.
